When learning is purposeful, creativity blossoms. When creativity blossoms, thinking emanates. When thinking emanates, knowledge is fully lit. When knowledge is lit, the economy flourishes.
~ Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam
You might think about the word creativity and think that it’s only important to artists, but I’m afraid that’s not always true. Being creative can make you an interesting human being and enable you to be a better performer no matter what your occupation is. And, guess what is the breeding ground of creativity — A RELAXED MIND. I’m sure you would have had experiences in the past when the best ideas come to you while being engaged in leisure activities.
Epiphanies happen to you when you’re the most relaxed! So say no to stress and yes to chilling 😀
I have got a shred of foolproof evidence from the past to support this hypothesis- have you heard about a famous scientist called Albert Einstein? He got his best ideas while aimlessly relaxing. If he can get them, so can you.
